Help & contact
Lumen is made by a small team, so mail here is read by someone who can actually change the app.
Write to us
One address for everything, whether it is a bug, your account, a privacy request or press: info@lumenprayer.app.
For a bug it helps enormously to know your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Lumen version from Settings → the bottom of the screen, and what you were doing when it happened.
Delete my account
Write to info@lumenprayer.app from the address you signed up with and ask. Your profile, prayers, notes, highlights, routines and streak history are removed, and backups roll off within 30 days. We will not try to talk you out of it.
Sign-in trouble
Lumen signs you in with a link and a code sent by email. If the mail has not arrived, check spam, and confirm the address has no typo. The code is six digits and can be typed straight into the app if you would rather stay on the same device. Still stuck: write to support with the address you used.
Reminders are not arriving
Three things to check, in this order:
- iOS Settings → Notifications → Lumen, and confirm they are allowed.
- Lumen → Settings → Notifications: a reminder scheduled inside your quiet-hours window is skipped by design.
- Focus modes, which can silence a notification that was delivered correctly.
A translation or prayer is missing
Six translations ship in the app; copyrighted ones are absent on purpose, and the reasoning is on the licences page. Tapping a not-yet-available translation in the app registers your interest, and that list decides what gets licensed next. For a prayer you would like to see added, just write to us. The catalogue grows from those requests.
Before the App Store release
Lumen is not downloadable yet. The fastest way to hear about it is the early-access list. One email, on the day it goes live.
